Booking
terms
The house rules, with no footnotes in four-point type. If you still have a doubt after reading them, ask me directly: I answer, not an office.
Your booking
- A booking is only valid once it has been paid for.
- We suggest arriving at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time: we leave punctually, especially when the chef is cooking.
- Arriving more than 30 minutes late can mean losing part of the experience (the jeep ride, for example), with no right to a refund.
- Groups of more than 18: we arrange it with a private quote, write to us.
Cancelling
- Up to 24 hours before the start time: free cancellation and a full refund of what you paid.
- Within the last 24 hours: no money back — by then the staff, the vehicles, the spaces and the ingredients have already been set aside for you.
- No-show: the experience counts as delivered.
The “No Stress” guarantee (weather and the unexpected)
If the jeep tour cannot go ahead as planned because of the weather, or if something unexpected happens to you at the last moment and you manage to let us know in time, you choose:
- Plan A — In the cellar: the jeep tour is replaced by a longer visit and tasting in the cellar and barrel room, with Sagrantino drawn straight from the wood.
- Plan B — A new date: we reschedule free of charge, subject to future availability.
- Plan C — Value in products: we turn what you paid into wine and oil to collect at the winery.
The guarantee is a goodwill policy: the options can vary with availability, the season and how things are running. It applies to messages we receive no later than 3 hours before the start time: past that point, or in the case of a no-show, the experience counts as delivered.
Children, teenagers and four-legged friends
- Children under 3: always free.
- Children 4–12: reduced ticket on every experience — Aperitivo €9, Light €15, Classic €25, Premium €78. They drink water or juice, they eat with the adults and they get the Kids’ Kit.
- Wine is served to over-18s only.
- Dogs are welcome: the experience is largely outdoors, and there is always water for them.
Allergies and particular needs
Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available on request: tell us when you book, or with reasonable notice. If you choose to tell us, what you say about allergies and intolerances is used only to organise your experience properly.
Changes to the program
We reserve the right to make non-substantial changes to the program for organisational, weather or safety reasons, while still guaranteeing that the experience takes place and keeps its quality. The images and descriptions of the experiences are indicative.
Photos and video
During the experience we take photos and shoot video: at the end of the day the keepsake is yours, our gift. Before your visit you receive an email with the photo & video release: you are the one who tells us whether we may publish the images you appear in, and you can change your mind at any time. Children never appear online, whatever you choose: it is our rule, with no exceptions.
