Terms &
conditions
How an order works, what it costs to ship, what happens if you change your mind, and what we do if a bottle arrives broken.
This is the English version, provided so that our international visitors can read it. The official document is the Italian Termini e Condizioni, published by iubenda. Where the two texts differ, the Italian one prevails. Nothing here takes away the rights that EU consumer law gives you.

2. What we sell
Wine and extra virgin olive oil produced on our own land at Montefalco, the V’Oliamo oil packs, gift vouchers, and the experiences at the winery — the Enosafari and the visits. Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but a bottle is an agricultural product: labels, vintages and small details can change from one lot to the next.
3. Age
We sell alcohol. By ordering you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your country, and in any case at least 18. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if that is not the case.
4. How an order works
The shop runs on Shopify. You put bottles in the basket, you go to checkout, you pay. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation by email, not before. If a wine turns out to be unavailable after you have ordered it, we tell you at once and refund you in full.
We may refuse an order for good reason — wrong or incomplete address, a suspected fraudulent payment, a delivery country we cannot legally ship alcohol to.
5. Prices and shipping
Prices are in euro and include Italian VAT. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Shipping is free over €55 in Italy and over €149 in Europe.
For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
6. Pre-orders
New-harvest olive oil is sold on presale: you order now and we ship when the new oil is ready, towards the end of October. The order is paid in full at the time you place it. The oil leaves as soon as it comes out of the mill, normally in the second half of October. If the harvest is late, we write to you and tell you the new date; if you would rather not wait, we refund you in full.
7. Payment
Payments are handled by Shopify and its payment providers. Your card details never reach us: we only see that the payment succeeded.
8. Delivery
We ship throughout Italy, islands included, and to most European countries. The list of destinations we can reach, with the exact cost, appears at checkout before you pay: if your country is not there, write to us and we will look for a way.
Everything travels with GLS. Delivery normally takes a few working days in Italy and rather longer elsewhere; the tracking number reaches you when the parcel leaves.
Outside the European Union — Switzerland or the United Kingdom, for example — the parcel goes through customs. We prepare the paperwork; any duties or import taxes are payable by you on arrival, and no courier can tell us in advance what they will amount to.
For destinations outside Italy the courier accepts one parcel per shipment, up to 40 kg. On a large order we pack everything into a single box, and if it will not fit we arrange the rest ourselves: whatever the shipping costs us, the price you were shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Glass travels well but not perfectly. If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, accept it with reservation or refuse it, and photograph it before you unpack. Then write to us: with those photos we sort it out quickly, without argument.
9. Changing your mind (right of withdrawal)
If you are a consumer in the European Union you have 14 days from the day the goods reach you to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason. One email to info@aziendagrariabrunozzi.it is enough — no form to fill in.
- The goods must come back unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.
- You then have 14 days to send them back. The cost of the return journey is yours — with one exception: for the V’Oliamo packs we pay it ourselves.
- We refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, by the same means you paid.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the experiences — Enosafari, visits and tastings. EU law excludes leisure services booked for a specific date (Art. 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code). What applies to those is our booking terms, which are considerably more generous: free cancellation up to 24 hours before, plus the “No Stress” guarantee.
10. If something is wrong with the goods
Consumers have the legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery. If a bottle arrives faulty, corked or not as described, write to us with a photograph: we replace it or refund it. We are a farm, not a call centre — the person reading your email is the one who made the wine.
11. Experiences, bookings and gift vouchers
The experiences are booked through Regiondo and are governed by our booking terms, which you accept when you book. Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase, in line with the booking system’s policy. They are transferable — whoever holds the voucher can use it — and cannot be exchanged for cash.
12. What belongs to us
The texts, photographs, drawings and the design of this site are ours, and so are the names and labels of the wines. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking. Asking usually works: write to us.
13. Complaints
Write to info@aziendagrariabrunozzi.it. We answer. If we cannot agree, consumers in the EU can also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
14. Law and courts
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and any dispute may be brought before the court of your place of residence.
