Azienda Agraria Brunozzi · a Montefalco winery, in my grandparents’ farmhouse
The vines are
telling
wine stories
why?
In the bottle you taste wine — but among the vines you understand it: you touch the soil that makes it, you feel the wind, the sun on your skin, the climb in your legs — and from that day on every sip will tell you things you couldn’t hear before.
My name is Giorgio Brunozzi, and this is my passion and my mission: making you understand it directly. There is no tasting counter between us and you — there’s a jeep, the vines, the olive grove, the beehives. And there is me.
First of all: the wine
Sagrantino.
Everything else comes after.
Sagrantino is the grape of Montefalco: one of the most tannic in the world. You don’t simply grow it — you keep it company, you wait for it, you respect it.
Ours rests 12–14 months in wood, between tonneaux and large casks, in the cool silence of the cellar. That is enough: the tannins reach the bottle already velvety. And every bottle of dry Sagrantino and Passito is numbered by hand, as in 2008, when the first Passito came out in 750 pieces.

The experience — personal and direct.
A guided tour?
No. An Enosafari, just yours.
The jeep pulls away. The gravel crunches under the wheels. Dust lifts. The sun is already warm.
I personally take you into the vine rows and through the six rooms of the cellar, and then we open the bottles: six wines to taste, Sagrantino included. Children and dogs welcome — this is a home, not a museum. And from the highest point the Valle Umbra opens out all at once in front of you: one look and you understand why Montefalco is called the Terrace of Umbria.

Same family, same hill
The oil that
has a story
Two thousand olive trees, 80% Moraiolo. We pick around 20 October and everything reaches the mill within 24 hours: cold extraction, that’s all. A deeply fragrant oil, soft, balanced — peppery just enough: that comes from the clay, the marl and the 400 meters of Colle Arfuso. On olive harvest days, among the trees all you hear is the drumming of olives on the nets.
The V'Oliamo program
The oil for all
your recipes.
15 days to try it.
Your oil supply, bought once, straight from the producer — you choose the liters, no subscriptions. It all arrives at your door: Bag-in-Box, a full squeeze bottle and the hand-painted Deruta cruet, the one everyone notices at the table before the bread. You try the oil for 15 days in your own kitchen: if it doesn’t win you over, send the Bag-in-Boxes back sealed — shipping on me — full refund, and the sample stays yours. And the bill makes you smile: the Pack Anno costs less than a coffee a day.

The Colle Arfuso manifesto
01 I welcome.
02 I listen.
03 I transform.
I leave everything better than I found it: the land, the time, and — I hope — whoever passes through here. I live and make things with loving care, the way my mother Fiorella taught me.
With a family embrace, Giorgio
Our story
Have you ever really read the label on the oil in your kitchen? In this article I explain — as a producer, without beating about the bush — what to look at, what to smell, and why fragrance, balance and that little sting at the end are good news.
